Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) continues to prioritize the safety of its communities through a series of key security events across its estates. The One Makati Security Summit, held at the Barangay Bel-Air Covered Court in Makati City, and the South Luzon Development Control Summit 2024, hosted at LHK South in Nuvali, Laguna, underscored APMC’s dedication to proactive security measures across both urban and suburban areas.

The One Makati Security Summit gathered over 400 participants, including security professionals, local enforcement units (LEUs), and community stakeholders. Held on September 25, 2024, the summit, organized by APMC’s Estate Management Group (EMG) and Asset Protection Division (APD), focused on risk assessments, safety measures, and collaborative action. Key leaders from various sectors provided insights into tackling emerging security threats and improving overall estate safety through partnership and policy development.

On October 10, 2024, the South Luzon Development Control Summit 2024 continued this mission by engaging stakeholders in discussions on enhancing security measures across the region’s estates. Participants explored emergency response strategies and innovative protocols aimed at fortifying community safety.

In addition to these events, APMC also spearheaded the South Luzon Estates Security Summit and the VisMin Security Summit, further strengthening security collaborations within their respective regions. These summits collectively highlight APMC’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety of its estates in both Luzon and the Visayas-Mindanao regions.

Through these summits, APMC remains steadfast in fostering long-term solutions to complex security challenges, ensuring that its communities are safe and secure.
