ALI and APMC Host First-Ever Sustainability Partner Forum to Drive Innovation in Property Operations

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) brought together their key sustainability partners for the first time at the Sustainability Partner Forum: Innovating in Property Operations toward Net Zero, held on September 30, 2024, at The Blue Room, Tower One & Exchange Plaza, Makati City.
The forum focused on innovative solutions in energy efficiency, waste management, and water recycling initiatives to support Ayala Land’s Net Zero 2050 targets. Mr. Laurent Lamasuta, APMC President and CEO, and Mr. Robert Lao, ALI’s Chief Sustainability Officer, thanked the partners for their efforts in advancing sustainable operating practices across Ayala Land properties.
Key discussions included renewable energy solutions from partners ACEN and Direct Power, energy efficiency improvements & cooling-as-a-service solution from OSP, Climargy, MSERV, Johnson Controls, and Schneider Electric, and zero waste to landfill strategies from Integrated Waste Management (IWM) and Prime Integrated Waste Solutions. Water recycling & reuse (from STP to cooling tower) technologies were introduced by Pure03 and Advanced Global Water Technologies (AGWT), all contributing to more sustainable property operations.
ALI subsidiaries such as AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), Ayala Land Malls Inc. (ALMI), and Ayala Land Offices (ALO), were also present at the forum, supporting the different operation initiatives and programs related to sustainability.
The forum highlighted APMC’s commitment to leading sustainable property management through strong collaborations with its partners and service providers, ensuring progress toward a greener future for all Ayala Land properties.
